Tucker Carlson, speaking at the Republican National Convention, emphasized Donald Trump’s role in restoring democracy to the U.S. He highlighted Trump’s commitment to the people and their ownership of the country and lit the place up with his off-the-cuff comments,
Carlson criticized the media’s portrayal of Trump as a threat to democracy, arguing that Trump’s actions, including his response to being shot, demonstrate his leadership and commitment to the nation. He emphasized that true leadership involves bravery and a connection to the people, qualities he believes Trump embodies.
Ironically, the RNC ran him at the same time as his former show on Fox News who famously fired him. The network was covering the convention and it must have galled Paul Ryan!
